The Special Needs Parent Network provides support for parents of children with special needs.
Our January meeting will be held on Tuesday, January 22
at 7:00 pm in the conference room at the Greenwich School.
The topic for the meeting is:
Altering Expectations:
Coping Strategies for Raising Children
with Special Needs
Dr. Carla Brinker, PH.D. will be speaking to the group and facilitating group discussion. If you have any books or other materials pertinent to this topic, please bring them to share with the group.
We are still collecting information for our planned Resource Guide. We still need your input! Please submit your recommendations by February 1. Volunteers are needed to help with organizing and typing this information. You may call the SNPN voicemail at 859-2022, ext 326 and leave a message, or you may volunteer in person at the next group meeting.
We hope to host a Valentine’s Party for our children in February. Please watch for further details in upcoming issues of the school newsletter and in your child’s notebook.
